To fuel this expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Franchise Development Manager to join our leadership team.

Role Overview

The Franchise Development Manager will spearhead the franchise acquisition, relationship management, and business growth strategy. This role requires a strong mix of sales acumen, networking ability, and strategic planning to build and manage our franchise network.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute franchise acquisition strategies to expand our presence across multiple regions.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners through presentations, negotiations, and agreements.

Maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners, ensuring alignment with company standards and business goals.

Monitor and analyze franchisee performance, providing support and guidance to maximize profitability.

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and training teams to ensure smooth franchise setup and ongoing success.

Conduct market research to identify potential territories and opportunities.

Represent the organization in franchise expos, seminars, and networking events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
