About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to expand and manage our partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT distribution, established relationships with resellers/SIs, and the ability to drive revenue through effective channel sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured channel engagement.

  • Train partners on product offerings, solutions, and unique value propositions.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, logistics, finance) for seamless order processing and partner satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct partner reviews, meetings, and joint business planning sessions.
  • Execute channel-focused promotions, incentives, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Address partner queries and ensure smooth post-sales coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10–12 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in IT, Networking, Cybersecurity, or Distribution.
  • Strong network and established relationships in the IT channel ecosystem.
  • Excellent common
  • In-depth understanding of channel dynamics, pricing structures, and margin strategies.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
