Channel Sales Manager – Building Materials

Job Summary:
The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing distributor networks to drive sales growth across assigned territories in the building materials segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appoint, manage, and develop distributors and dealers
  • Drive primary and secondary sales targets
  • Expand market coverage and improve product availability
  • Implement channel schemes and trade promotions
  • Monitor distributor performance and collections
  • Conduct market visits and competitor analysis
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years experience in channel sales (building materials/FMCG preferred)
  • Strong distributor management and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
