About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of a leading organization in the solar energy sector for an experienced Channel Sales Manager. The role is focused on expanding and strengthening the distributor and dealer network, driving regional sales growth, and ensuring strong market presence across the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in channel sales, distributor management, dealer engagement, and field-based sales operations, preferably within the solar, electrical, or energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
  • Drive monthly sales targets, revenue growth, and market expansion through the channel network.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage across the assigned region.
  • Conduct regular market visits to build partner engagement and ensure business growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and customer support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer demand.
  • Support channel partners with product knowledge, sales planning, and business development initiatives.
  • Maintain regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback for management review.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the solar, electrical, renewable energy, or energy sector.
  • Strong experience in distributor and dealer network management.
  • Proven track record of achieving monthly and regional sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-driven sales environment.
  • Strong market understanding and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and execution skills.

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
