Role Overview
As a
Channel Sales Agent
, you will be the connector between our platform and potential partners (software firms, marketing & digital agencies, mid-market distributors). You will build out and manage a regional or vertical channel ecosystem, drive partner-led sales.
You will work independently, but in close coordination with our internal teams (sales, marketing, product). Your success will be measured by revenue generated through partners, partner growth, and the quality of the channel network you build.
Key Responsibilities

Partner Acquisition & Onboarding

Prospect and recruit software vendors, marketing agencies, consultancies, and mid-market distributors as agents or resellers.

Negotiate partnership agreements, margins, incentives, and co-marketing terms.

Onboard partners: set up contracts, train them on the platform, and enable their first deals.

Channel Sales / Deal Support

Assist partners in their sales process (co-selling, deal reviews, joint pitches).

Provide demos, technical support, and business case development for complex deals.

Drive pipeline generation through partners (webinars, joint campaigns, lead distribution).

Enablement & Marketing
-
Develop collateral, pitch decks, playbooks, and training materials tailored to partners.

Deliver partner training sessions, workshops, “train the trainers” programs.

Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives (webinars, events, local promotions).

Performance & Reporting
-
Set and monitor partner KPIs (revenue, deal count, churn, satisfaction).

Forecast revenue, monitor margin, analyze channel metrics, and optimize partnership performance.

Provide feedback to the product, marketing, and leadership teams about partner needs, market trends, and gaps.

Territory / Market Expansion

Identify new regions or verticals for expansion.

Localize strategies (pricing, messaging, partner types) per territory.

Build local presence or sub-agent networks where needed.

Relationship Management

Be the primary point of contact for your partners—build trust, resolve issues, escalate as necessary.

Ensure alignment with internal teams (product roadmap, marketing campaigns) to maximize partner success.
What You’ll Bring / Required Qualifications
-
3+ years experience in channel sales, partnerships, or alliance management in SaaS, digital marketing, software, or related B2B tech sectors.

Proven track record of building and scaling indirect or partner sales channels.

Network or relationships with marketing agencies, software resellers, system integrators, or mid-market distribution firms.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills—comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders.

Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset—able to work independently and drive results in ambiguous environments.

Ability to learn and convey technical / product value; comfortable interfacing with product or engineering teams.

Metrics-driven: you set targets, measure performance, and ruthlessly optimize.

Multi-lingual or cross-cultural experience is a plus (if targeting non-English territories).

Experience in global / distributed teams is an advantage.
