About the Job:
Role Purpose
The Data Analyst will support the Head Office Commercial team in executing and tracking channel programs, enhancing visibility, evaluating promotional activities, and managing customer payouts and incentives. This role is essential in providing data analytics support to drive distribution growth and improve sales force effectiveness.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
1. Channel Program Support
Assist in publishing data to support planning and execution of channel programs aimed at driving sales through partners and distributors.
Compile and distribute regular trackers, including:
Develop activation, incentive, and program targets based on pre-defined frameworks.
2. New Product Development (NPD) Launch Planning
3. Visibility Program Management
Monitor and track the effectiveness of visibility programs (e.g., in-store branding, promotions, displays) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
4. Sales Plan Support
5. POSM (Point of Sales Material) Allocation
6. Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, analyze, and report data on:
Deliver actionable insights to enhance marketing and commercial performance.
Generate Commercial Team-level IQVIA reports in the required format, ensuring accuracy and relevance for the field teams.

About You:
5–7 years of experience in sales support or a related role.
Preferably from FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Consumer Healthcare (CH) sectors.
Functional Competencies
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in:
MS Excel
PowerPoint
Data analysis tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
High attention to detail, especially in tracking program effectiveness and processing payouts.
Behavioral Competencies
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in incentive tracking and execution issues.
Collaborative approach, working closely with Sales Teams.
Customer-focused mindset aimed at delivering value to channel partners.
