Job Overview

We are hiring a Channel Sales / Strategic Alliances professional to build and scale a network of financial intermediaries and drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.

This is a pure Individual Contributor role with end-to-end ownership of partner acquisition, revenue generation, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire financial intermediaries such as Chartered Accountants, Wealth Managers, IFAs, Family Offices, and boutique investment firms
  • Conduct high-level presentations to position investment opportunities and alternative asset products
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements including revenue-sharing structures
  • Manage and grow partner relationships to drive repeat business
  • Own revenue/AUM targets and manage monthly and quarterly pipelines
  • Enable partners through training, product updates, and ongoing engagement
  • Reactivate dormant partners and drive performance incentives

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Channel Sales or Strategic Partnerships within Wealth Management, AMC, Fintech, Insurance, or Investment Distribution
  • Proven experience onboarding IFAs, CAs, Wealth Managers, Family Offices, or financial intermediaries
  • Strong experience in pitching financial/investment products and closing commercial agreements
  • Demonstrated ownership of revenue or AUM targets
  • Working knowledge of investment products such as AIFs, VC funds, unlisted equity, or similar instruments
  • Strong networking and relationship-building ability with senior finance professionals
  • Comfortable working 6 days from Mumbai office

Preferred

  • Existing relationships with IFAs, CAs, and wealth distributors in Tier-1 cities
  • MBA (Marketing/Finance) or CA/CFA qualification (preferred but not mandatory for strong sales performers)

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
