Charge hand

We are looking for an experienced Chargehand to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, guiding workers, and ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workers on-site.
• Assign work tasks and monitor performance to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company regulations.
• Inspect completed work to maintain quality standards.
• Report progress, challenges, and material requirements to site supervisors/engineers.
• Support the team in resolving operational or site-related issues.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Chargehand or in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction or maintenance processes.
• Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Physically fit to work in site environments.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Abu Dhabi.

What We Offer

• Salary: AED 1,800 – 2,200
• Accommodation, Food and Transportation will be provided

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
