Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide civil workers on site.
• Allocate daily tasks and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
• Monitor construction activities including concrete works, blockwork, plastering, excavation, and finishing works.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Foremen, Engineers, and subcontractors to maintain workflow.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment usage.
• Report daily progress, issues, and manpower status to the Foreman.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
