Charge Hand Civil/Finishing

• Supervise and guide workers involved in civil works and finishing works such as blockwork, plastering, tiling, painting, screeding, and related activities.
• Allocate daily tasks to workers and ensure efficient manpower utilization.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure finishing works meet required standards.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Foremen, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment and report shortages in advance.
• Maintain daily work progress records and report updates to the Site Engineer/Foreman.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations at site.
• Identify and resolve minor site issues related to civil and finishing activities.
• Assist in site inspections, snag list rectification, and handover works.
