We’re Hiring: Charge Nurse – ACU

Location: Republic of Nauru, Nauru Medical Centre

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities in the ACU.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and administrative teams.
• Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers efficiently.

Requirements:

• Valid nursing license in home country
• Proven experience in acute care or critical care nursing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
• 5 years’ Experience as Charge nurse
