We are looking to hire a detail-oriented Chargeback & Risk Executive to manage payment disputes, monitor transaction risks, and support fraud prevention activities. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to minimize financial risk and chargeback losses.

Key ResponsibilitiesChargeback Management

  • Monitor and manage incoming chargeback and dispute cases.
  • Prepare and submit chargeback responses within the required deadlines.
  • Collect supporting documents such as invoices, transaction details, and communication records.
  • Maintain accurate records and trackers of all chargeback cases and resolutions.

Risk Monitoring

  • Review transactions to identify suspicious or high-risk activity.
  • Flag unusual patterns and escalate potential fraud cases to management.
  • Assist in implementing processes to reduce chargeback rates and payment risks.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and support teams to gather required documentation.
  • Maintain reports on chargeback ratios, fraud cases, and risk trends.
  • Provide weekly updates and insights to management.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure proper documentation of disputes, refunds, and transaction records.
  • Follow internal policies and payment gateway guidelines for dispute handling.
  • Support audits and compliance checks when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, or relevant field preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud monitoring, or risk operations.
  • Good English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google tools.
  • Ability to work with large data sets and maintain trackers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
