Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CHARGE HAND/Supervisor to lead construction projects with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will drive team performance, manage project schedules, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and safety protocols
• Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software to ensure timely completion
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and team members, providing guidance and supervision throughout each phase of the project
• Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and facilitate effective execution
• Monitor project budgets and perform cost estimations using HeavyBid and other estimating tools to stay within financial targets
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other safety regulations
• Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, and other digital tools for document management, RFIs, submittals, and change order processing
• Read and interpret technical documents such as contracts, schematics, and construction estimates to support project planning
• Perform site inspections with tools like ohmmeters for electrical systems testing and ensure proper installation practices
• Lead project meetings, document progress reports, and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and team members

Experience

• Proven management experience supervising construction projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment for more than or approx 4 years.
• Extensive construction site experience with a strong understanding of construction management processes
• Demonstrated ability in project scheduling using Primavera P6 or similar software
• Familiarity with construction estimating tools like HeavyBid or any other relevant application for budgeting purposes
• Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and implementing safety protocols on-site
• Strong background in managing contracts, change orders, and quality control procedures
• Supervising experience leading diverse teams of skilled tradespeople and subcontractors
• Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam for documentation purposes
• Ability to operate electrical testing tools like ohmmeters for quality assurance tasks
• Salary can be negotiated as per experience & candidature fit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
