Chartered Accountant

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) who can provide end-to-end accounting, taxation, and compliance support to the firm and its associated entities. The CA will handle incorporations, GST compliance, statutory filings, and provide advisory on corporate finance and regulatory matters. The role requires working closely with the legal and management team to ensure smooth compliance with all statutory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Assist with incorporation of companies, LLPs, and partnership firms.

- Handle monthly GST filings, TDS, and other indirect/direct tax compliances.

- Prepare and file annual returns and statutory filings with MCA, ROC, and other authorities.

- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

- Provide advisory on tax planning, structuring, and compliance strategy.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as needed.

- Support payroll, employee taxation, and related statutory filings.

- Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial statements and returns.

Qualifications & Skills:-

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (Member of ICAI).

- 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance.

- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, MCA/ROC compliances, and corporate law basics.

- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.).

- Ability to independently handle statutory audits, filings, and compliance deadlines.

- Good communication skills to coordinate with management and clients.

Preferred Background:-

- Experience working with startups, law firms, or professional services firms.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and compliance calendars simultaneously.
