Chartered Accountant Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to manage and oversee all financial and accounting operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, preparing financial statements, and providing strategic financial advice to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and tax laws.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Handle audits – internal, statutory, and tax.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Maintain and improve internal control systems.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Support financial planning, cost control, and risk management initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from ICAI.
• 0 to 1 years of post-qualification experience (can be tailored based on level).
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or Oracle).
• Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [industry: e.g., manufacturing, IT, services, etc.].
• Exposure to international taxation and transfer pricing (if applicable).
• Knowledge of automation tools and ERP systems.

Salary Range- Pay 35000 to 50000 Salary No Bar For Right Candidate Depend On skill and Knowledge.
