Team Handling Role

Role Overview:
We're hiring a proactive and detail-driven CA to lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial operations. You’ll manage internal teams and liaise with banks, billers, and stakeholders to ensure financial integrity and compliance in a high-growth fintech startup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting, finalization of accounts, and audits.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7 Years experience.
• Experience of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software/ERP.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ensure compliance.
• Prepare MIS, financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year
