CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT.

Experience in handling income tax , assessment and finalization of accounts MIS and CMA.

We require with accounts and finalisation experience, especially consolidation of entities as per Ind AS.

1. Quarterly finalisation of accounts of listed entities and subsidiaries

2. Preparation of excel financials on standalone and consolidated basis

3. Preparation of results to be published to exchanges

Knowledge of GST VAT and income tax implications with respect to real estate transactions.
Experience in real estate knowledge of service tax in respect to contract and sale of immovable property.
Experience :- 4 to 5 years..

Location : Churchgate, Mumbai
