Overview:

The duties and responsibilities of a Chartered Accountant are extensive and can cover a wide range Responsibilities:

· Conduct internal audits of various departments and functions to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.

· Develop audit plans, programs, and checklists to ensure thorough coverage of audit objectives.

· Perform risk assessments to identify key areas of risk within the organization and develop audit procedures to address those risks.

· Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for improvement.

· Document audit findings and communicate results to management, including recommendations for corrective action.

· Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to internal auditing.

· Collaborate with other departments to provide guidance and support on internal control matters.

· Participate in special projects and investigations as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

· CA - Mandatory. (with 1-3yrs of work exp after Completing CA)

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing/ external auditing/ FP&A

· Strong understanding of internal control concepts and audit techniques, Financial Planning and analysis.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Power BI and Python.

· High level of integrity and professionalism.

· Willingness to travel occasionally, as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
