Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all financial functions of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning.
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and other key financial reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and compliance with GST regulations.
- Supervise tax filings, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow, manage company resources, and reduce financial risks.
- Review and approve budgets, financial forecasts, and cost management strategies.
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic advice to management for decision-making.
- Coordinate and oversee the audit process, both statutory and internal, ensuring smooth execution and compliance.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficient financial operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- CA qualification (mandatory).
- Proven experience as a CA and CFO with expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and tax (especially GST).
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, GST compliance, and audit procedures.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
