Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all financial functions of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and other key financial reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and compliance with GST regulations.
  • Supervise tax filings, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow, manage company resources, and reduce financial risks.
  • Review and approve budgets, financial forecasts, and cost management strategies.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide strategic advice to management for decision-making.
  • Coordinate and oversee the audit process, both statutory and internal, ensuring smooth execution and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficient financial operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • CA qualification (mandatory).
  • Proven experience as a CA and CFO with expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and tax (especially GST).
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, GST compliance, and audit procedures.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
