Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Ensure compliance with statutory accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS/GAAP).
• Coordinate and manage internal and statutory audits.
• Timely filing of tax returns (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).

Taxation & Regulatory Filings

• Prepare tax computations and ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws.
• Handle assessments, appeals, and liaison with tax authorities.
• Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and advise on implications.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis and present key findings to management.
• Support business planning and cost control initiatives.

Internal Controls & Process Improvement

• Evaluate and strengthen internal controls and SOPs.
• Identify areas for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with auditors, consultants, banks, and government bodies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and reporting.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
