Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Manage account receivables and payables on a timely basis.
• Preparation of annual financial reports and file FTA returns in time.
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and funding requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Manage pricing, warranties and service agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Manage and oversee all legal affairs and legal documentation of the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 7–10 years of commercial/finance experience, preferably in the engineering, HVAC, or construction industry.
• The candidate should be below 40 years of age.
• The candidate should be a self-starter, possess strong leadership and effective communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem- solving skills.
• Strong Team management skills.
• UAE driving License is mandatory.

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
