Chartered Accountant

We are seeking a skilled Chartered Accountant with over 4 years of experience, preferably in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and ESIC compliances, along with excellent communication skills to coordinate with banks, DSAs, and NBFCs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage GST returns, reconciliations, and statutory compliances
• Handle TDS calculation, deductions, and return filings
• Oversee ESIC and payroll-related compliance
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and monthly closing activities
• Coordinate with banks, DSAs, and NBFCs for loans, fund requirements, and documentation
• Prepare MIS reports and project cost analysis for management review
• Ensure timely completion of internal and statutory audits
• Maintain accurate accounting records as per applicable standards
• Support financial planning and risk management processes

Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (Real estate industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
