About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to manage our end-to-end accounting, financial planning, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of accounting standards, and the ability to ensure accuracy in financial reporting while maintaining compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Review sales/revenue invoicing, purchase, and expense entries.
• Prepare and review accounts receivables/payables, including follow-ups for collections, payment planning, and ledger reconciliation.
• Manage monthly closure of books of accounts and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Prepare MIS reports as per management requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements in accounting operations.

Compliance & Taxation

• Review and file statutory compliances including TDS, GST, PF, PT, ESIC, etc.
• Prepare and review replies to statutory notices with support from consultants.
• Prepare advance tax computations and income tax returns.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors for audits and closure.
• Ensure timely filing of all compliance-related documents and reports.

Cash Flow & Payroll

• Plan and manage cash flow requirements.
• Review payroll calculations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with statutory auditors, consultants, banks, company secretary, and government authorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
