- Conduct statutory, internal, and tax audits for clients across various industries
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Manage direct and indirect tax assignments including return filings, tax planning, tax audits, and GST compliance
- Advise clients on regulatory matters including FEMA, Companies Act, and other relevant statutes
- Provide consultancy in matters of accounting, finance, and business structuring
- Handle assessment and litigation matters before tax authorities
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions effectively
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior team members
- Keep up to date with prevailing regulations, amendments, and industry best practices
Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with valid ICAI membership , Qualified Cost Accountant
- 05 years of post-qualification experience (Freshers may apply; experience with a CA firm is preferred)
- Thorough knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Income Tax Act, GST and audit procedures
- Proficient in MS Office, Tally, and accounting/audit software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- High level of integrity and commitment
