Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher to join our finance and accounts team. The candidate will assist in accounting, taxation, audits, compliance, and financial reporting while gaining exposure to core finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Taxation

• Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax returns
• Support GST reconciliation, input tax credit, and compliance
• Assist in handling notices from tax authorities

Audit & Compliance

• Support internal and statutory audits
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
• Assist in documentation and audit-related schedules

Reporting & MIS

• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management
• Support data analysis for decision-making

Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants, and banks
• Assist in responding to queries from stakeholders

Eligibility & Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally/ERP is an advantage)
• Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
