Chartered Accountant

Location - Kalina, Work From Office

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, Taxation and Fixed Assets.
• Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and preparation of financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
• Monitor cash flows, working capital management, and treasury operations.

IPO – Pre and Post Listing

• Lead the financial due diligence and audit readiness for IPO and any Capital raising processes such as Debentures (Convertible or Non-Convertible) and / or Private Equity.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, merchant bankers, auditors, and consultants for IPO documentation and filings.
• Assisting in preparation and review of DRHP (Draft Red Herring Prospectus), RHP, and other SEBI submissions in coordination with stakeholders.
• Support valuation analysis, capital structure planning, and investor roadshows.
• Set up internal systems, controls, and reporting structures to meet post-IPO compliance and governance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with stock exchange listing regulations, SEBI guidelines, and corporate governance norms post-listing.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategic Finance

• Drive the budgeting and forecasting process in alignment with company goals.
• Perform variance analysis and provide business insights to leadership.

· Support business planning, fundraising, investor reporting, and strategic financial decisions

· Audit, Controls & Risk Management

• Coordinate internal, statutory, tax, and secretarial audits.
• Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks.
• Ensure accurate and timely regulatory and statutory reporting.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and upskill a high-performing accounts team.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accuracy, and financial discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
