Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities :-

• Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial forecasting
• Monitor project cash flow, cost-to-complete, and profitability
• Review and certify interim payment applications, variation claims, and final accounts
• Coordinate with project managers, quantity surveyors, and commercial teams
• Analyze project financial performance and provide management reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Manage accounts payable/receivable related to project activities
• Support tender pricing, cost analysis, and financial risk assessment
• Review subcontractor payments and commercial agreements
• Assist in claims, disputes, and contract close-out from a financial perspective
• Prepare monthly financial statements, audits, and cost reports
• Ensure proper financial documentation and internal controls

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month
