Job Description:
We are looking for CA-certified candidates with minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience, specifically in company finalization and core finance & accounts functions.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Finalization of company accounts & financial statements
✔ Preparation of Balance Sheet, P&L & schedules
✔ Handling statutory audit, tax audit & internal audits
✔ Managing GST, TDS, Income Tax & other statutory compliances
✔ Preparation of MIS reports & financial analysis
✔ Coordination with auditors, consultants & regulatory authorities
✔ Ensuring timely month-end & year-end closures

Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
✔ Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience
✔ Hands-on experience in company finalization role
✔ Strong knowledge of accounting standards & compliance
