Chartered Accountant

Location - Kalina, Work From Office

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, Taxation and Fixed Assets.
• Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and preparation of financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
• Monitor cash flows, working capital management, and treasury operations.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategic Finance

• Drive the budgeting and forecasting process in alignment with company goals.
• Perform variance analysis and provide business insights to leadership.

· Support business planning, fundraising, investor reporting, and strategic financial decisions

· Audit, Controls & Risk Management

• Coordinate internal, statutory, tax, and secretarial audits.
• Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks.
• Ensure accurate and timely regulatory and statutory reporting.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and upskill a high-performing accounts team.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accuracy, and financial discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
