Chartered Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial reporting functions of the organization. The candidate will ensure compliance with statutory regulations and provide accurate financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and finalize books of accounts
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and other statutory compliances
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Manage cash flow, banking, and fund utilization
• Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities
• Provide financial advice to management for cost control and efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws and accounting standards
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling multiple business entities
• Knowledge of ROC compliance
• Exposure to budgeting and financial planning
