Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee tax planning, filing, and ensure adherence to all statutory obligations.
- Conduct internal audits to assess financial operations and recommend improvements.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
- Maintain and improve financial controls and procedures.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant certification is mandatory.
- 1-8 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
