Chartered Accountant (CA) – Cost & Financial Analyst - Location Bhandup Mumbai

Job Description:

We are hiring a Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage cost control, financial planning, and profitability analysis across our supply chain operations in FMCG/food trading. This strategic role involves analyzing costs, optimizing margins, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce overheads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
• Conduct variance analysis of actual vs. budgeted costs and highlight inefficiencies.
• Implement cost allocation methods across product lines, customers, and geographies.
• Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams for vendor negotiations, purchase optimization, and inventory management.
• Recommend automation and process improvements to reduce transaction costs and overheads.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Conduct margin analysis by product, customer, and geography to identify high/low-profit areas.

Requirements:

• CA qualification (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in financial planning, cost analysis, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of FMCG/food trading operations, including inventory rotation, logistics, and distribution costs.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
