Controlling of Finance & Accounts (F&A):

Chartered Accountant (CA) Job Description:

As a Chartered Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing core finance and accounting functions, ensuring compliance, managing audits, finalization of accounts, and supporting strategic decision-making through analysis and reporting. You will also coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and support ERP/SAP implementation and usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Monitor budgeting, cost control, and financial discipline across departments.

Internal Audit:

  • Conduct internal audits to assess financial, operational, and compliance risks.
  • Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with internal audit teams and report audit findings to senior management.

Finalization of Accounts:

  • Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and finalize financial statements as per applicable accounting standards (IND AS/IFRS).
  • Coordinate with statutory auditors for audit completion.

Scrutiny of IT (Income Tax), GST & Ledger:

  • Review and ensure timely filing and compliance with Income Tax and GST regulations.
  • Conduct ledger scrutiny and corrections to ensure books are clean and audit-ready.
  • Handle tax assessments and liaise with consultants and authorities.

MIS Reporting:

  • Prepare and present Monthly MIS reports covering financial performance, variance analysis, and KPIs.
  • Support management in financial planning and strategic decisions through meaningful insights.

Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct ratio analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and trend analysis for performance monitoring.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Bank, Debtors, and Creditors Reconciliation:

  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of bank statements, receivables, and payables.
  • Resolve discrepancies and maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.

Team Coordination:

  • Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Allocate responsibilities, track performance, and foster team development.

ERP/SAP & Software Proficiency:

  • Hands-on experience with SAP, ERP systems, Tally, and other financial software.
  • Ensure smooth functioning and integration of finance modules with business operations.
  • Support system upgrades and automation initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • 3–8 years of post-qualification experience in core finance functions

Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical, auditing, and accounting skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Income Tax, GST, and relevant compliance laws
  • Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and Excel
  • Good communication and team management skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
