Chartered Accountant / Finance Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant / Finance Manager with strong UAE market exposure to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in UAE regulations, financial controls, and senior-level reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end finance & accounts operations, including AP, AR, GL, and payroll
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, including VAT, Corporate Tax, ESR, and audit requirements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Implement and monitor internal controls, policies, and SOPs
• Provide financial analysis, MIS reports, and strategic insights to management
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Handle banking facilities, LC/BG, and treasury functions as required

Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 10–15 years of proven UAE experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial compliance
• Experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar)
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
