Profile: Chartered Accountant

Experience: 2-4years

Salary - Upto 60k-65k

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Coordinate with the sales team to onboard clients and provide them with accounting solutions via a team of accountants.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure clients receive exceptional service and support.

• Doing preliminary meetings with the client to onboard them.

• Oversee the accounting of the clients allotted.

• Ensure that all accounting systems and processes are efficient and effective, and implement improvements as necessary.

• Develop and maintain relationships with accountants within the organization to ensure collaboration and effective communication.

• Keep up to date with developments in accounting standards, regulations, and laws.

Qualifications:

• A chartered accountant (CA) qualification is required.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial reporting, tax compliance, and financial analysis.

• Experience with financial software and accounting systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff members.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
