Job Description – Chartered Accountant (ICAI Certified)

Age: 30–40 years

Location: Kharghar , Navi Mumbai

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (ICAI Certified) to join our Finance & Accounts division. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the shipping/logistics industry and will be responsible for managing the company’s complete financial operations while ensuring compliance and accuracy in reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, MIS, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Handle shipping-specific accounting activities including freight invoicing, voyage P&L, port expenses, and charter hire.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Ind-AS, and support statutory audits.
• Maintain internal controls and oversee cash flow planning and management.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounts team to drive efficiency and performance. Required

Qualifications & Skills

• ICAI Certified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)
• Experience in the Shipping/Logistics industry preferred
• Age: 30–40 years
• Strong knowledge of finance, taxation, and statutory regulations
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Office
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
