Chartered Accountant- pre IPO & fundraising

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) with proven expertise in fundraising, due diligence, and pre-IPO preparation. The role involves close collaboration with founders, investors, bankers, and auditors to ensure seamless capital-raising processes and IPO readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial models, valuations, and investor-ready presentations/reports.
• Lead and coordinate funding rounds (Series A/B/C), including due diligence and data room management.
• Drive pre-IPO activities such as compliance, audits, prospectus support, and corporate governance readiness.
• Provide strategic guidance on corporate structuring, ESOP design, and cap table management.
• Oversee MIS reporting, board presentations, tax planning, and regulatory filings to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
