Chartered Accountant – Property Management

We are hiring a Chartered Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to join our property management company. The role focuses on accounting, financial reporting, auditing, and compliance. The candidate will work as a Master in Accounts, supporting daily financial operations and ensuring accuracy in all reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements as per UAE and IFRS standards.
• Manage daily accounting tasks, including entries, reconciliations, and closing procedures.
• Assist in audits (internal & external) and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Support tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax) and prepare tax returns.
• Provide financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting support.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with management to support business decisions.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
• 1–2 years of accounting or audit experience (property management experience is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and UAE VAT laws.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
