Job Title: Chartered Accountant – Tax, Compliance & Corporate Advisory
Location: Pune (On-site deputation; travel to Mumbai 2–4 times per month)

Salary: ₹6 LPA – ₹14 LPA (Based on experience)

Job Summary

We are hiring a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage direct taxation, corporate compliance, SPV management, financial structuring, and advisory work for a large business group. The role involves end-to-end execution of tax and compliance activities, corporate structuring of multiple SPVs/LLPs, and wealth management support for promoters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tax return filing, assessments, appeals, and statutory compliance
• Review accounts, financial statements, and documentation
• Handle structuring & incorporation of SPVs and LLPs
• Provide advisory on capital gains, investments, loans & FEMA compliance
• Support family office tax planning, ITR review & documentation
• Manage transaction structuring (ICDs, CCDs, NCDs, equity, loans)
• Prepare submissions for Income Tax authorities & regulatory bodies
• Maintain MIS, financial reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with Mumbai office for reviews and presentations

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant from ICAI (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Income Tax, Companies Act, FEMA, SPVs, LLPs
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, ERP systems, Computax
• Excellent analytical, communication & documentation skills

Preferred Experience

• 1–5 years in:
• Tax advisory
• Corporate structuring
• Audit & compliance
• SPV/LLP handling
• Freshers with solid internship experience may also apply
