Key Responsibilities:Financial Management & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
- Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports for management decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis of actual vs. budgeted performance.
- Develop financial strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Costing & Budgeting
- Maintain and monitor cost sheets for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Implement standard costing and variance analysis.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts; monitor expenses against approved budgets.
- Support cost optimization initiatives and identify areas for cost savings.
Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, etc.).
- Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
- Maintain proper documentation for regulatory filings.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
Accounts & Controls
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Ensure accuracy in inventory valuation and reconciliation.
- Implement effective internal financial controls.
- Manage vendor payments and credit control.
Taxation & Treasury
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable taxes.
- Manage cash flow, fund flow, and working capital requirements.
- Support banking activities including LC, BG, loans, and credit facilities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
