• Communicate product features and benefits clearly to drive customer interest and sales.
• Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and optimize product placement strategies.
• Operate cash registers accurately during transactions, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for customers.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain stock levels and ensure product availability.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Exhibit strong phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone, providing information and support as needed.
• Leverage bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base, enhancing overall customer experience.
