Chat & Email Support Executive

  • Location: Karachi
  • Shift Timings: Flexible to work in shifts within a 24/7 operation.
  • Education: Intermediate / A level (Excellent English communication skills)
  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer support (email/chat)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage chat and email interactions with customers on social media platforms.
  • Review, annotate, and categorize customer service interactions for accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure timely, professional, and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues to the relevant teams.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all tasks, following company guidelines.
