Chat and Email Support Intern

About the Role
OOP Technologies is looking for a Chat and Email Support Intern who is motivated and customer-focused. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and a passion for helping customers. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 7 months of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries through email.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the right department.
• Record customer interactions and update information in the system.
• Follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 7 months of experience.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Positive and customer-friendly attitude.

Location: Iqbal Town, Lahore (On-site)
Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
