About the Role

OOP Technologies is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Chat & Email Support Intern with strong English communication skills. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 7 months of experience who are eager to start their career in customer support and gain practical industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat.
• Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information about company products and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions and update details in the system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 7 months of experience in a related role.
• Strong English written and communication skills.
• Positive, professional, and customer-friendly attitude.

Job Details

• Location: Iqbal Town, Lahore (On-site)
• Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
