Chat Based Sales Freshers/Interns

Location: Gulistan E Jauhar Block 8

Shift Timing: 10PM to 6AM

We're a software house looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our social media chat support team! You'll be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions through various social media platforms.

*Job Responsibilities:*

- Respond to customer inquiries via social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)

- Build rapport and trust with potential customers

- Understand customer needs and offer our software solutions

- Meet daily engagement targets

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals

*Requirements:*

- Fresh graduates or 0-1 year of experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic understanding of social media platforms

- Willingness to learn and grow

- Proficiency in English (other languages a plus)
