Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our client's and support their international clients.

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Shift: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Working Type: Onsite

Transport: Pick & Drop Provided

What You’ll Do:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Record and update customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent English communication skills — both verbal and written.
• Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
• Previous experience in international customer support will be an advantage.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
