Chat & Email Support Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat & Email Support Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. This role is suitable for fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and issues promptly through email support.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and update customer information in the system.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of customer concerns.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 8 months of experience in customer support.
  • Excellent communication skill in English.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with chat/email platforms.

Location: Iqbal Town, Lahore (On-site)
Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
