About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Chat Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers via Discord and Twitter (X), answer inquiries, promote our services, and close sales. Key Responsibilities

• Interact with potential clients through Discord and Twitter (X).
• Respond to inquiries and provide product/service information.
• Build relationships and maintain a professional online presence.
• Achieve monthly sales targets to earn commission bonuses.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and conversions.

Requirements

• Experience: Fresh candidates or up to 1 year of sales/customer service experience.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with Discord and Twitter (X) platforms.
• Ability to work night shifts and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented.
