Chat Support Agent

Job Summary
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Chat Support Agents. In this role, you will assist customers through live chat by answering questions, providing helpful information, and ensuring a positive experience. This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is required—we provide full training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer messages through chat in a polite and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information based on training and provided resources
  • Assist customers with basic questions, concerns, or requests
  • Follow simple guidelines and procedures to resolve common issues
  • Escalate more complex concerns to a supervisor when needed
  • Maintain a professional and positive tone in all interactions
  • Keep records of customer interactions using provided tools
  • Participate in training sessions and team updates

Pay: $28.60 - $33.42 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
