Job Description:

The Custom Packaging Masters is looking for energetic, professional, and customer-focused Chat Support Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally through live chat and messaging platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through live chat and social media messaging
• Provide product and order-related information to customers
• Convert inquiries into sales
• Maintain professional communication with clients
• Follow up with potential customers
• Work closely with the sales and support team
• Maintain customer satisfaction and response quality

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication and typing skills
• Previous experience in chat support, customer service, or sales preferred
• Basic computer and internet knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and professional behavior
